Christmas time is here! Presents are wrapped and Christmas tree is up. Michael Clay is looking foward to Christmas - we are excited about having a little one at Christmas. He is still growing and getting sweeter by the day. He loves to just talk and babble all day. His personality is begining to show and grow. He loves his daddy and his daddy loves him! (as you can see in the pictures they are buddies!)

I can't believe he will be four months old the day after Christmas. It is going by so fast ! I am so glad I am able to be with him everyday. The Lord has blessed us with the best Christmas present ever this year!

Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas and hope you pause and relish on the fact that Christ came during this season that you may have life!

Hannah brought Samuel dedicated him to the Lord when he was young because she had wanted a son. This is the premise for dedicating children to the Lord. On Sunday we dedicated Michael Clay to the Lord in front of our church family. Its an outward symbol of our intentions to raise Michael Clay in the ways of the Lord. our pastor did a wonderful job and we were so excited to have so many friends and family there. 3 rows full- we are so happy to have so much support!

1 Samuel 1:20-22
"So in the course of time Hannah conceived and gave birth to a son. She named him Samuel, saying, "Because I asked the LORD for him."
When the man Elkanah went up with all his family to offer the annual sacrifice to the LORD and to fulfill his vow, Hannah did not go. She said to her husband, "After the boy is weaned, I will take him and present him before the LORD, and he will live there always."
